Moving across the world there are, at times, respites that are uniquely pleasurable. Carving out a coffee plantation on the slopes of a volcano was a memory, and just such a respite that was, simply put, wonderful. The Creative Life and producer Phil Bransom were kind enough to bring it to life for PBS.
This story is not written for those in our current time, but rather, for those in my family that may someday follow, and for a moment wonder what the world of the past, and the people that lived there were like.
